This role will suit someone who relishes the challenge and work-ownership of growing a part-worked territory, working as part of a team and autonomously, overseeing your own schedule and delivery. Manage and develop long standing client relationships, with an intense focus on exceeding client expectations and driving service delivery. You will have a hands-on approach to service and deliver value through developing and managing technical projects to solve customer problems. Main Responsibilities Sell the companies products & services to established customers and new prospects Provide technical support to current customer base and escalate as required Embody safety leadership Grow the group’s revenue target Contribute to colleague’s and client’s knowledge development using your expertise Achieves annual sales targets Work with the District Manager and Corporate Account Managers to establish selling strategy Identify tactics and penetrate targeted new business opportunities Effective daily work management for current and future customers Analyse customer needs, requirements, and strategic plans Recommend solutions with Company programs. Effective management communication and reporting Full lifecycle sales management Customer contract management – agree financial terms, business consultant, achieve customer & company objectives Verify supplied product and SLAs Customer focused approach Market research & analysis Attributes Required: Over 5 years’ experience of successful technical sales or field sales support experience in the water treatment or speciality chemical industry Chemistry related Degree or A-Levels such as Chemistry, Biology, microbiology etc or Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering Effective sales account management skills. Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems would be an advantage. Success of selling value-added products to customers. A willingness to collaborate as part of a technically excellent team and service whilst being valued for your contribution Aptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multi-national customers. Ability to work hands on with samples Self-motivated and ability to work and develop under your own initiative What’s in it for You?
