We’re looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong technical expertise in 3GL, UiPath and SQL to join our high performance team.

MS Amlin Business Services (MS ABS) supports the organisation through legal, HR, facilities management, IT, risk management, compliance, and finance.
This role sits within MS ABS Robotic Process Automation Centre of Excellence (RPA COE) which uses innovative technology to support operational delivery.
What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing
Being a key player in the delivery team, you will be responsible for developing RPA solutions to solve business problems and here’s a snapshot of some of the key parts of the job:
1. Responsible for the overall robot technical solution design and development, ensuring that Bots are developed and delivered achieving project acceptance criteria, scope, quality on time and within budget
2. Analyse business problems, design, architect, develop, unit test and implement solutions independently, including writing technical design and support documentation
3. Design and develop solutions (breakdown into deliverables) in accordance with RPA design principles and standards
4. Run sprint planning sessions with business analyst and test team, ensuring user stories meet acceptance criteria
5. Liaise with business analyst, developers, test team and configuration engineer in the robot development life cycle, including issues diagnosis and defect remediation to ensure smooth system testing and user acceptance testing
6. Produce release instructions and support release deployment activities to test environments
7. Support deployment to production and post-live hypercare activities to ensure smooth operating of the solution
8. Support and maintain existing solutions
9. Peer review of solutions and codes written by other developers in the team
10. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What We Need From You
For this particular role there are some important qualifications and experience we need you to have. These include:
18. Solid experience in robot solution design and development
19. Strong knowledge and qualifications (with hands on experience) in UiPath and other automation technologies
20. UiPath Re Framework, Load-Work concepts (Proficient)
21. SQL Server/Transact SQL and relational database (Proficient)
22. One of the 3GL Programming Languages (Proficient)
23. Experience in working in an agile software development environment
24. Experience in working in the insurance industry is preferred
25. A great communicator
26. An undergraduate degree in computing and maths is preferred
