Join our team at Siemens Financial Services as aTalent& Culture Professional. In this role, you will be the lead for our earlycareer programs for graduates, interns, and apprentices. You will also supportthe People & Culture team in driving a variety of learning &development and people focussed initiatives as they align to our SFS COF UKPeople Strategy.
This role is based from our Stoke Poges office 2-3 days aweek.
You’ll make a difference by:
· Driving forward our Early Careers Programs: Takethe lead in designing and managing apprenticeship programs, arrangingassessment centres, overseeing onboarding and induction processes, andmaintaining rotation plans.
· Adding value through Educational Outreach: Developeducational plans with local schools and colleges to ensure a strong talentpipeline and contribute to community social value.
· Creating Participant Support: Assistin facilitating the performance and development of early careers programparticipants, ensuring productivity and providing pastoral care.
· Using Data to make decisions: Createand analyse a variety of data (including Learning & Development and keyemployee data) to create insights and drive decision making.
· Providing a consultative partnering serviceto the business: Support the P&O Business Partner and Culture &Change Manager in contributing to a variety of people projects and support in-houseworkshops & seminars where needed.
· Networking: Maintain links withSiemens Networks on early careers, volunteering, and learning topics,leveraging and sharing best practices.
· Enabling Communication: Support thecommunications plan for the People strategy, making suggestions for new ways ofdoing things.
· Providing Administrative Support: Performadditional administrative tasks as required.
