Success Recruit are currently working with a leading supplier based in Witham, providing a high-end service to the Construction Industry. This is a newly created position for an Internal Sales Representative to support the business development and marketing function of the business.
The successful Internal Sales Representative will be working closely with the Marketing Director & the Development and Specification Director. The position is hybrid and working location can be either Witham, Essex or Hadleigh, Suffolk.
Ideally, the successful candidate should have at least 5 years Inside Sales experience of selling products, along with customer service experience. Some knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be given.
The successful Internal Sales Representative will be expected to:
* Have at least 5 years’ experience in a customer selling environment, preferably within a technical or construction related industry
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
* Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar
The successful Inside Sales Representative will be rewarded with:
