Job Description
Sales Administrator, Reading
* Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
* Dealing with customers by telephone (incoming and outgoing) plus email and Teams.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
* Searching, coding and updating the CRM system.
* Prepare and generate sales reports, tracking key performance indicators.
* Respond to customer queries, providing exceptional service.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any issues.
* Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
* Support administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
The Successful Applicant
Sales Administrator, Reading
* Proven experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
* Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
