Are you a super organised, “to do list” enthusiast who loves nothing more than getting sh*t done?
If you’re searching for an opportunity where you’ll see the significant impact you make on others, and enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities, then this is the role for you.
We’re the Coaching 360 group, based in Leamington Spa, with multiple brands, adding new companies to the group year on year. We work with clients from all over the UK and internationally, and through our group of companies we’re going to inspire the world.
We’re looking for a top notch PA/Office Administrator that has the ability to organise the heck out of us and deliver those critical and non-critical essentials for the business. Hours are flexible, but around 20-25 hours per week would be ideal, with the option to fit around school hours where applicable.
Are you right for the role…
* Do “to do” lists excite you?
* Are you the planner of your group, taking the lead and organising everyone else?
* Are you highly organised, goal-oriented and willing to challenge to get things done?
* Do you have an eye for detail?
* Do you think outside the box, have a creative flair and are you willing to go the extra mile?
* Do you take pride in keeping environments clean, decluttered and aesthetically pleasing?
* Are you extremely likeable, charismatic and able to build professional relationships easily?
* Do you work well under pressure, keep a positive mindset and stay solutions-focused?
* Are you determined and self-reliant, with an energetic and persistent nature?
Remember this is a really key role, working closely with our General Manager. We’re looking for the right person to join our team and that doesn’t mean the most qualified, or with the most experience. Be yourself in this process, connection and personality fit is everything.
What would you be responsible for?
* Diary and email management
* Creation and daily management of priority lists and projects
* Organising travel and meetings
* Sourcing and sending those critical non-essentials – Birthday cards, celebratory gifts and thoughtful touches
* Events administration, confirming attendees and collating materials, liaising with venues and contractors, planning team logistics and setting up events ready to go.
* Creating meeting agendas, transcribing notes and updating CRMs with notes and actions.
* Updating spreadsheets, KPIs and looking at data, and creating reports
* Client liaison, onboarding, posting welcome boxes, sending books etc
* Keeping the office looking and running smoothly, organising lunches, making coffees, ensuring all meeting rooms are kept clean, tidy and inviting for clients.
* Becoming a valued voice of reason, and key rock in the team.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to organise, systemise and execute the day-to-day running alongside our General Manager; delivering the smooth running of events, maintaining office standards and overall, creating a positive impact on the business enabling us to move towards our ambitious growth targets.
Why would you want to join us?
* Our top notch banter!
* Basic pay of FTE £24-£26k (FTE) p/a, depending on experience
* OTE £8.5k performance related bonus
* 28 Days holiday per year (FTE - inclusive of bank holidays)
* Your birthday off each year if it falls on a working day
* x1 additional day of leave each year for every full calendar year of service (up to 8)
* Healthy lunches on us on Tuesdays & Thursdays at the office
* Yearly £500 training bursary towards your personal and professional development
* Private health care with Vitality for yourself and your immediate family (Health, Optical & Dental)
* Unlimited opportunity to grow and develop within a company that actively seeks to challenge you to grow, and become the very best version of yourself.
