Key responsibilities:
* Management Reporting: prepare and present management reports
* Budgeting & Forecasting: work closely with the FC/FD and the Board to develop, monitor, and update budgets & forecasts
* Financial Analysis: conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements
* Cost Management: monitor and control costs, ensuring the expenditure align with budgeted amounts and financial objectives
* Project Reviews: work with Project teams to conduct analysis of revenue and costs on projects versus budgets
* Business Partnering: work with Regional MDs and Business Unit heads to help them understand their financials and help with local decision making
* Ad Hoc Reporting
* Audit Support: assist with internal & external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations

1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. QBE or working towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
3. Excellent communication skills
