Role Responsibility
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to support the Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking (UAS) Childrens Service. You will be supporting a team of social workers and support staff that are committed to providing high quality social work services to unaccompanied asylum seeking children across Kent, working closely with our multi-agency partners as part of the age assessment team and UASC team.
As Business support, you will work closely with the Team Manager and social workers to deliver and improve services for unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, with a clear focus on effective liaison with local partners such as interpreting services and accompanying adults. You will provide an effective administrative support to the Senior Admin Officer and UASC Coordinator including maintaining and updating spreadsheets, management of room booking and interpreter bookings.
You will be able to evidence good leadership skills and a proven track record for delivering excellent admin support.
