The Role:
As the Category Manager, you will take ownership of the strategic agenda for a range of exciting food brands, building strong relationships with key retailers and brand owners. You’ll manage customer portfolios and work closely with internal teams to deliver on budgeted P&Ls while driving category growth, market share, and presence in both in-store and online channels.
1. Develop and manage the category strategy for your brands and customers, setting a 1–5-year roadmap.
2. Leverage consumer and shopper insights to influence internal teams and build winning strategies.
3. Continuously build and share insights from multiple data sources to guide decision-making.
4. Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key retailers.
5. Oversee range management, performance tracking, and landing innovations in the market.
6. Execute consultative selling, utilising deep knowledge of customer, shopper, and consumer needs.
