We are currently seeking a compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team and help us continue to deliver high-quality care.
Job Description:
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home. You will lead and support a team of care assistants, ensuring that all residents receive the highest standard of care.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supervising and mentoring care staff
2. Administering medication
3. Developing and implementing care plans
4. Conducting assessments and reviews of residents' needs
5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
6. Liaising with healthcare professionals and families
7. Managing staff rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels
8. Providing hands-on care when necessary
Requirements:
9. Previous experience in a similar role within a care home setting
10. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
11. Strong leadership and communication skills
12. A compassionate and patient approach
