You will manage a small team to deliver high-quality proactive business support, facilities, and office management. This is an office-based and full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Business Support team
* Appropriately delegate tasks across the Business Support team
* Oversee facilities management including remedial work, dealing with contractors, and general caretaking of office premises
* Oversee associate onboarding and administration
* Proactively manage, maintain, and optimise business infrastructure including telecoms
* Manage compliance including GDPR and Cyber Security across the business/health and safety management
* Undertake induction / new starter requirements and appropriate paperwork/administration
* Support the creation, development, and maintenance of professional proposals, reports and large PowerPoint presentations
* Provide support for any project / online portal submissions
* Coordinate company events and conferences
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office management or a similar administration role.
* Good team leadership/people management skills
* Excellent / Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer software
* Excellent / Advanced and creative Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge, presentations can be up to 300 pages.
