Company Secretary Assistant Manager
My client, a leading professional services firm is looking to recruit an experienced, company secretarial professional to take on management duties whilst managing a portfolio of entities.
In particular, your duties would include;
Key Duties
* Deliver a range of high-quality company secretarial services to clients, ensuring targets are met.
* Manage team workflows, provide feedback, and handle line management duties, including performance management and appraisals.
* Oversee statutory filings, corporate records (Diligent Entities), and advise clients on compliance, governance, and complex transactions.
* Develop new business opportunities, grow existing client relationships, and lead technical initiatives.
Key Skills
* Experience with Diligent Entities.
* Strong professional services background and corporate transaction experience (e.g., share capital changes, incorporations)
* Management experience with leadership qualities
Hybrid Working
* 3 days per week in the office, balancing flexibility and collaboration.
