Knight Frank is looking to hire a Business Manager to join the Knight Frank Edinburgh Office.

Role:
The Knight Frank Edinburgh Residential Office is in search of a highly skilled business manager to join our team and help continue a tradition of unparalleled client, customer, and employee satisfaction. Based in our Queen Street office, we are looking for a candidate who will work with and support the Edinburgh sales teams with operational and organisational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including human resources and accounting processes. Ultimately, the business manager will be responsible for maintaining successful daily business practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency.
2. Provide data analytics of sales and marketing to the Directors.
3. Work with department managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives and annual business plans.
4. Create and maintain rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and achieving sales targets.
5. Competitor analysis.
6. Support operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations.
7. Helping to foster a positive team spirit, supporting individual team members and arranging team social events to bring the team together at regular intervals.
8. Assisting with recruitment and human resource matters.
9. Managing the onboarding and offboarding of new joiners and leavers to the department.
10. Ensuring the team are equipped with stationery, Knight Frank collateral and furniture to be able to conduct their roles.
11. Manage customer journey improvement initiatives. Prepare reports for weekly and monthly meetings, MBOs and ad hoc requirements.
12. Conduct monthly reporting to assist with performance monitoring.
