We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting team. The PMO Analyst will support the Project & Programme Managers in delivery including co-ordination, planning, control, reporting, analysis, and their insights, as well as supporting the Head of Portfolio Ops in the delivery of key PMO initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
* Gathering and analysing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary risks/issues
* Preparing project status reports for management review
* Assisting in project planning and scheduling, including the definition of project scope and objectives
What we are looking for:
* Must have experience working as a Consultant at Big 4 / Accenture (or similar) (1-5 years ideally)
* Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools
* Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, from conception, through to BAU
* Previous experience with PM planning and management tools, such as MS Project and Trello would be desirable
* Strong program coordination and administration abilities
* Ability to analyse a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings
* Familiarity with RAID management
