Machine Operator
Agricultural Machine Operator- Field Trials – Bicester - £36,000 DOE
The Job:
* Using machinery to assist in all aspects of field trials operations
* Take a lead in the maintenance and servicing of equipment as far as possible and to liaise with outside contractors when repairs are beyond the companies’ capabilities/facilities
* Assist with harvesting and drilling operations specifically
* Completing service, calibration, maintenance and repair of trial plot equipment
* Assisting with specific field trial tasks such as marking out, plot spraying, over-spraying and assessments
You will be put through the knapsack sprayer course (PA1 and PA6), the tractor sprayer course (PA2) and HGV.
Working hours are generally sociable however these do extend in peak times to meet demands of harvest.

Their primary services focus on evaluating agrochemicals, crop varieties, fertilisers, biostimulants and organic products for the crop protection sector.

The Package:
- Salary ranging from £27,000 - £36,000 DOE
- Training: HGV PA1 PA2 & PA6
