Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a value led, family-run company, have an exciting opening for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for Customer Service and a real drive to make a difference within a thriving and inclusive team.
Duties will include:
1. Handle inbound telephone calls and promptly respond to email inquiries in a professional manner.
2. Stay updated on services and procedures relevant to your role to provide informed assistance.
3. Provide a high standard of service to customers and clients, demonstrating expert knowledge and a friendly demeanor.
4. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all client interactions and communications.
5. Resolve conflicts and challenging situations effectively and with empathy.
6. Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments for resolution.
7. Accurately upload documents and data to a CRM system, input data accurately into Excel spreadsheets and other systems as needed.
8. Communicate effectively with external clients’ other relevant parties via phone and email.
9. Work towards achieving and exceeding KPIs .
10. Assist operations staff in conducting audits to ensure adherence to quality standards .
A successful candidate will have/be:
11. Proven experience in customer service, order management, or operations coordination.
12. Strong proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
13. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
14. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
15. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
16. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
17. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
18. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
