Our client is looking for a new valued member of butchery team operating a 24/7 butchery facility. After the qualified butchers have produced high quality fresh and frozen meat produce, the Butchery will work in a fast-paced environment producing sausage products.
Desirable Requirement: Food Safety Level 2, previous butchery and producing experience, ability to work in a cold environment.
My client is an established business continuously achieving progressive growth serving customers in the local area, nationally and overseas. They are working with produce such as, Frozen, Chilled, Fresh Meat, Fresh Fruit & Vegetables and Cleaning & Disposable items.
Hours Mon-Fri 7am - 4pm
Skilled or semi-skilled butcher
Using confirmation screen to confirm products.
A good understanding of English required.
Must be fit and able to lift 25kg trays
Cold working - 2 degrees C so must be Ok with working in these conditions.
Working with our existing employees and full training will be required.
