The Role:
Responsible for Sourcing and facilitating high-quality industry placements for T-Level students enrolled in various technical education programs.
Generating meaningful and rewarding industry placements for our students, ensuring they gain invaluable real-world experience aligned to their T level pathway.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of businesses and organisations across various sectors.
Matching students with appropriate placement opportunities that aligns to the T level to develop the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours as part of the programme.
Working closely with curriculum teams, and employers to identify suitable placements and ensure they meet the educational objectives and standards set by the Group and external funding agency.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in the employability, recruitment or work experience field (or similar), who has previous experience of negotiating with employers and commercial organisations and building solid relationships. In addition, you will have an understanding of industry placements and the benefits to young people; knowledge of health and safety aspects in relation to industry placements, and previous outstanding business development skills.
To be successful in this role you must have Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent.
