1. Own It: Manage payroll administrative changes with precision using iTrent, including contractual variations and tracking staff absences.
2. Close the Loop: Handle the processing of leavers, from issuing letters to finalising annual leave calculations.
3. Be the Hub: Keep our HR inbox tidy and responsive, directing queries to the right places and ensuring no question goes unanswered.
4. Team Coordination: Manage submissions to the Executive Team and spearhead necessary follow-up actions.
5. Record Keeper: Take detailed minutes in meetings and maintain personnel files in line with GDPR standards.
