The Role

As General Manager you will have full responsibility for all aspects of running the hotel both operationally and commercially. You will be highly visible to the guests and the team and take the lead in driving our service culture. People are our focus, and working with teams to develop their their potential will be one of your passions. You will actively participate in promoting the hotel through potential and current business sources and through liaison with the company sales and revenue teams, working to optimise profit potential for the property while constantly protecting standards and brand image.
