Senior HR Shared Services Manager
Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home)
Salary: £65-78,000 + car allowance + bonus + career opportunities
The Senior HR Shared Services Manager will build, shape, lead and oversee the HR Shared Services operations across the UK.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of Payroll & Benefits Administration, Employee Services, Employee lifecycle administration, Data Management, Reporting, HRIS, Policies, & process and Talent Acquisition process. The focus is to drive operational excellence by adhering to standards and SLAs, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transformation.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing a diverse team and collaborating with HR and business leaders to align HR services with organisational goals.
