Job summary
Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (LSCICB) are looking for an individual with an interest in Trauma Informed Practice, to manage and deliver the roll out of Trauma Informed training across the ICB footprint.
The post holder ideally will have some prior knowledge and experience of training and trauma informed practice and are offering this opportunity to an individual who will be key in developing and strengthening this agenda across the system.
The post holder will work closely with the LSCICB Safeguarding Team and Lancashire Violence Reduction Network. A full induction programme will be provided.
Main duties of the job
1. To deliver training in the most appropriate way, having regards to the subject matter, the needs of the organisation, the needs of the group or the individual.
2. To provide guidance and support to staff in identifying learning needs and advise thereon.
3. To provide a customer focussed environment conducive to learners needs.
4. To evaluate training courses when appropriate.

6. To capture, collate and maintain an overview of the Trauma Informed training programme.

Job responsibilities
This will be varied and will adapt over time as the ICB develops. However, the post holder will work across the trauma informed agenda, to support its functions and ensure high quality services are delivered.
The post holder ideally will have some prior knowledge and experienceof training and of trauma informed practice.
The post holder will work closely with the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board Safeguarding Team and Lancashire Violence Reduction Network. A full induction programme will be provided.
The post holder will have regular contact with a wide range of staff at all levels within the ICB, with senior and other representatives of local stakeholders, as well as with patients and their representatives.

Qualifications
Essential
7. Educated to Diploma level or equivalent with good basic education to include English and Maths

8. The post holder must be able to work successfully under pressure of time and resources
Experience

9. Proven experience of delivering a wide range of administration tasks to a high standard.
10. Experience of designing and delivering training programmes ideally in relevant subject areas (trauma informed practice)
11. Experience in an environment delivering services to a number of people and managing workload priorities.

12. Knowledge of data protection legislation.

13. Ability to act on own initiative and independently within policies and procedures, referring to manager as required.
14. Intermediate Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
