Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and take minutes during meetings. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate logistics for executive events, meetings, and conferences, including handling invitations, follow-ups, and on-the-day arrangements. Data & Records Management: Ensure accurate filing, record keeping, and management of office databases while maintaining confidentiality. Financial Administration: Process expense reports, assist with budget management, and support invoicing and financial planning. Office Operations: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office logistics, including lunch orders and space management. Person background Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-quality documents and presentations Key Competencies: Adaptable: Able to thrive under pressure and manage changing priorities effectively.
