Clinic Relations Manager Sussex Permanent, full-time, hybrid Base up to £45k p/a with a performance bonus potential of up to 70% This is a rewarding role which will see you feed into the strategic and operational output of a growing organisation in the fertility space. The role is offered on a permanent basis, with full-time hours and a hybrid working pattern. Your core remit and measure of success is to maintain and develop strong relationships with fertility clinics in the UK and EU and will involve working at both on-site locations in the UK and EU, and remotely from home. The role: Cultivate and improve relationships with existing points of contact at UK and EU-based fertility clinics. Understand their unique requirements and explore solutions that align well with their needs and the organisation’s ethical approach and regulatory standards. Manage the customer CRM database, ensuring consistency and quality, accurate data and contact information. Interrogate data from the relevant reporting. Expanding the customer portfolio – seeking out opportunities for broader expansion of the organisation's offering. Develop compelling and credible solutions for ad hoc projects within the customer base. Attend networking events within the specialised fertility space in order to broaden the knowledge and understanding of the services and solutions on offer within the sector. Your background: Proven client relations or customer experience background, ideally from within the fertility/sperm banking/embryology or related healthcare sectors but any scientific sector could be suitable. Well-developed customer care, targeted marketing, client engagement, advertising and user-experience skillset. BSc minimum or equivalent, from Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health or Biological Sciences, or related disciplines. Able to evidence comfort and capability with independent working. Knowledge of the regulatory standards within the Fertility services sector (such as HFEA, HCPC, ISO). Highly proficient in use of CRM/databases and MS Office and able to utilise data to inform opportunities for client expansion opportunities.
