We are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Adviser to join our clients team to support in attracting and retaining top-tier talent across various functions. If you’re passionate about recruitment and creating a positive candidate experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring consistency in attracting high-quality talent across both operational and support functions.
What You’ll Do:
1. Utilise job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals to find the best candidates.
2. Manage job postings, optimise recruitment strategies, and promote vacancies on job boards and LinkedIn.
3. Screen CVs, review applications, and coordinate and conduct interviews.
4. Lead the successful onboarding of new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
5. Oversee the vetting process, including background checks, right to work verifications, criminal record checks, and references.
6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
7. Deliver weekly/monthly reports on recruitment metrics and key insights to support strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects at once.
4. A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and an eye for identifying top talent.
5. Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
6. A positive attitude, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering a top-notch candidate experience.
7. Knowledge of HR systems and vetting procedures (background checks, reference checks, etc.) is a plus.
