Here at Bright Futures, we are looking for motivated individuals to support up to 5 adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will be based in a brand-new property, which has been designed and built to meet the needs of the people we support in St Helens.
What will the job be like?
Bright Futures Care is a specialist company supporting young people and adults with autism and learning difficulties. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will provide the highest standards of care for our young people throughout the night, understand their care needs, and support and engage with them.
You will join a small but strong team, who prides itself on delivering a personal and bespoke service. Our colleagues at the site are dedicated, helpful, and focused on providing high-quality provision.
You will spend a short time during your induction getting to know the team and people we support during daytime hours before undertaking your role.
You will support our young people during the night should they wake and need support in line with care and support plans and the responsibility of maintaining the home.
What we can offer you
Hourly rate of £13.00 per hour, shift length 10 hours
Full-time hours are worked over 3 or 4 shifts per week, between the hours of 10 pm & 8 am, or there are overtime opportunities if required
Part-time hours over 2 shifts per week are also available

The home in St Helens has easy access to local amenities and good bus route links to and from the town centres. With good access to Knowsley Expressway, Liverpool, and Widnes, we are also close to the M56, M57 M58, M62, and M6.
