* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
* Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
* Process payroll and benefits administration tasks
* Assist with employee relations matters and provide support to managers and employees
* Prepare HR reports and assist with HR projects as needed
Skills required:
* Experience of working in a HR or Recruitment role/department
* Knowledge of HR functions
* CIPD level 3 or willingness to work towards
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure with good attention to detail
