About the Role:
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Service Team Leader / Manager to lead, train, support and motivate a team of client service professionals to continually deliver best in class service, whilst up skilling them to handle larger and more complex commercial clients.
More specific duties will include;
1. Ensure the delivery of a coordinated and managed high quality, innovative client service relating to a broad range of personal and commercial insurance products.
2. Coach, develop and performance manage the team ensuring personal development plan objectives are in place
3. Ensure all team members attend relevant personal development courses in line with their role
