Homecare Driver
Location: Greenford, UB6
Salary: £13.15 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (11:00 am - 8:00 pm)
Are you a caring, empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting others? Join our client's team in Greenford as a Homecare Driver, where you'll play a key role in delivering essential healthcare equipment to vulnerable individuals, helping them live independently and comfortably at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver, collect, and install healthcare equipment to patients' homes with a focus on empathy and compassion.
Demonstrate how to use the equipment clearly, ensuring clients understand how it can improve their daily lives.
Follow a pre-planned route, ensuring timely and reliable deliveries while maintaining high-quality service.
Address client queries with patience, respect, and understanding, while logging activities accurately using company scanners.
Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence with at least 3 years of driving experience.
Basic DIY skills and physical fitness for lifting and installing equipment.
Understanding of Health and Safety practices.
Excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to work with vulnerable individuals in a compassionate manner.
Previous experience in healthcare is preferred, as this role involves working directly with individuals who may need extra care and support.
