Location: Sandwell and Birmingham NHS Hospitals
Employment: Full-time & Part Time, permanent - 37.5hrs + flexible working options!
Salary: Band 5: £28,407 - £36,483 per annum + benefits

Role Overview:
As a Band 5 nurse within Paediatric, you'll play an integral role in providing high quality care and helping oversee the unit and provide clinic leadership and supervision.
1. You'll evaluate, plan, and execute care programs confidently.
2. Provide leadership to your team, serving as a role model for other staff.
3. Supervise students, junior nurses, and other team members.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. RSCN/RN Child with current NMC registration.
2. Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in any paediatric acute setting.
3. Mentorship course or equivalent - or willing to undertake within the first year.
4. Ability to calculate drug dosages.
5. Understanding of holistic care.
6. Awareness of evidence-based practice.
