The role As the QA Officer, you will be responsible for: Supporting the Deviation systems and investigations. Assisting with the Implementation & review of CAPAs. Supporting Customer Compliant investigations. Supporting product quality reports & Batch review activities of licensed medicines & Medical devices. Ensure all activities, changes to equipment and working practices are made in line with regulations and guidelines for products including licensed medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, food, and biocides. Ensure all improvement opportunities are in line with ISO and all manufacturing operations are defined and documented to ensure optimum performance. Requirements: A degree or similar qualification or experience in a relevant subject. Recent Proven experience required in professional experience in a similar QA position & systems. Recent Proven experience required in the use of SAP, MasterControl, QPulse or other eQMS/eDMS systems. Recent Proven experience required in a keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify & resolve issues as required. Recent Proven experience required in an effective communicator, able to effectively engage with people at all levels. Available to work rotation / night shifts.
