About the role
Candidates must have experience in:
4. Invoicing. Supporting the team with invoicing to estimate, management of customer invoices internally. Must have knowledge of accounts payable / receivable
5. SAP User. Must have experience and be comfortable without supervision
6. Estimates & Pricing. Covering the development of cost estimates / pricing and quotations for a range of private / public sector customers. You will not be required to negotiate new quotes – this will only be to existing clients where the costs are already agreed.

Other Responsibilities:
7. Daily production reports: Process lines, outbound and out-turn reports
8. Sales invoicing from SAP
9. Management costsings
10. General office admin
11. Any other associated tasks
Working Days, hours & Salary:
12. Monday – Friday
13. 8am – 5pm
14. £12.50 per hour
