Head of Quality for the Furniture Factory
Responsibilities:
-Oversees all factory quality processes, including health, safety, and ISO compliance, driving improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards across production.
Focus:
-Someone who is really bold and confident to be able to really drive the right change and actions
-Someone who will have worked in a factory doing amazing quality etc.
-Drives quality in production across all furniture manufactured by Kidzink
-Engages with the furniture design team to input quality angle at a design/prototype stage
-Responsible for quality, HS&E sign off in prototyping stage.
-Identifies areas of improvement in design, process and management including identify and implement training needs
-Ensure quality and safety standards on the factory floor.
-Lead continuous improvement and lean practices in manufacturing.
-Act as the primary quality contact for client inquiries related to factory operations.
