Design Manager- 40 hours a week:
The role of a design manager on a substation project involves a diverse range of responsibilities. These responsibilities encompass both technical and managerial aspects to ensure the successful design, construction, and operation of the highway. Below are some of the key responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management- Develop and manage the project budget and allocate resources efficiently.
2. Design Leadership- Pre- fabricating and building.
3. Coordination with Engineering Teams: Coordinate with various engineering teams to ensure designs are integrated and meet all technical specifications.
4. Regulatory Compliance- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
5. Coordination with Contractors: Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure design plans are executable and meet the project's objectives.
6. Documentation and Reporting- Oversee the preparation of detailed design documents, drawings, and specifications.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving design processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Experience with BIM
