Internal Account Manager – Join the Hambaker Pipelines Team!
We’re looking for an Internal Account Manager to join our sales team at Hambaker Pipelines! In this role, you’ll help us grow and support our customer base, focusing on builders merchants and contractors in a specific area.
You’ll be the main point of contact for a set group of clients, working closely with merchants and contractors to build strong relationships and keep Hambaker Pipelines top of mind.
Hambaker Pipelines designs and manufactures top-quality products for the water and wastewater markets. We offer a wide range of pipelines, fittings, manhole covers, and more for the utility and mechanical & electrical industries.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid working setup at our Dukinfield office.
What we’re looking for:
* Great sales skills and understanding of the full sales process
* Self-motivated and results-focused, with the ability to work well with all kinds of people
* A team player who fits well in a fun, supportive team
* Customer-focused with a knack for asking the right questions and building strong relationships
* Previous experience in sales or account management is a bonus
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a portfolio of customers
* Handling enquiries and helping out both internally and with clients
* Following up on quotes and helping to get them over the line
* Working with other teams at Hambaker Pipelines and Saint-Gobain
