Key duties
* Ensuring clients receive a same-day response to all queries
* Ensuring client 'ticketing' system is clear at the end of every day
* Providing full administrative support to the helpdesk and the operations team
* Occasional minute taking in client meetings
* Leadership and overseeing of the day-to-day running of the office and helpdesk team
What you'll need to succeed
* Exceptional initiative and a self-starter attitude
* Experience in administration, customer service or helpdesk roles
* Experience in manufacturing/engineering is preferred but not essential
