Job Description
At Pasquill we are looking for x2 Desk Based Account Managers to work in our Merchants & Contractors team, helping us identify, grow and maintain a client base across national merchants, as well as independent brands – nationwide.
These roles are newly created, with the aim of being the single point of contact for a list of customers across merchants & contractors. You will be working with a mixture of existing and new business, helping drive the pasquil brand and putting us in the forefront of our customers minds.
Pasquill are a part of Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland and are one of the largest suppliers of trussed rafters in the UK, our structural timber engineered floor and roof solutions have been developed to meet the construction industry demands for improved energy performance – we work with customers all across the UK, from national house builders to regional developers and self-builders.
The role is full-time, permanent and based full-time in our Elland office.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong sales skills within all areas of the sales cycle
• Self-motivated and results driven, with an ability to manage stakeholders at all levels to deliver results
• Customer focussed with an ability to be inquisitive and strong customer development skills
• Previous sales, or account management experience is preferred
What you will be doing:
• Dealing with a portfolio of customers, both existing and new
• Dealing with enquiries, both internally and externally with customers
• Chasing and finalising quotes with customers
• Working on establishing new commercial opportunities
• Liaising with internal stakeholders across Pasquill and other Saint-Gobain brands
