Role: Head of Sales - Van
Location: Mercedes Benz Truck & Van Southampton
Hours: Full-time 45 Hours per week

The role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to join one of our popular franchises where you will use your sales management experience to lead a team providing a high-quality service for our customers, representing both Marshall Motor Group and one of our leading brands in this sales role.
Who you are
1. In Depth knowledge of sales in the LCV market
2. Proven expereince in building and leading a successful team
3. Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals
5. An Innovative mindset with the ability to devise and implement improvement initiatives
What you’ll do
6. Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised in both new and existing markets
7. Managing relationships with brand partners and where appropriate with key customers
8. Working closely with the marketing manager to ensure products are marketed to maximise sales
9. Strategically assess sales processes to ensure they are continually reviewed and refined
10. Ensure adequate supply of new and used retail stock to achieve monthly sales objectives
