We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to work as part of the Front of House team. We are seeking a well presented, friendly, outgoing receptionist who can build a great rapport with both our guests and diners alike and ensure everyone is met in a warm and welcoming manner.

What are we looking for in our Hotel Receptionist:
We need an individual who enjoys working with people and can effectively communicate both face to face and over the phone, often the first person someone will liaise with, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills and will be happy to attend to all guest requirements to ensure the best possible service is given at all times.
You will be part of a team working on online bookings, checking in guests, and checking out guests politely in a time manner, ensuring their stay was all it should be and more!
You will be knowledgeable and helpful ideally with hospitality experience but full training will be given to the right candidate.
Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.

Pay rates
21+ = £11.44 per hour
18 - 20's = £11.00 per hour
Under 18's = £9.00 per hour
