Proactively identify and win new business opportunities to grow the client base. Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking. Interview Coordination:
Facilitate interviews and provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the process. Market Expertise:
Stay informed about industry trends and market insights to add value to clients and candidates. Ideal Candidate Experience:
A minimum of 1 year in agency recruitment with a proven billing history. Skills:
