As our In-Life IT Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:-
Managing IT Service in Life (BAU)
Developing and enforcing IT SDM Policy
Vendor and Service Provider Management
Supporting IT tenders and projects
Driving Service Delivery Excellence
Driving Continuous Service Improvement
Providing regular reporting on service performance metrics and KPIs to senior management
Staying abreast of industry trends best practices in IT service delivery vendor management

Expertise in IT service delivery management, with a focus on in-life service management.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Experience managing vendor relationships and monitoring service performance.

Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are desirable.
Experience with onshore/offshore model
