Are you a committed and experienced Home Manager? Careline Lifestyles are looking for a passionate Registered Manager to lead our nursing and residential home.

The Role:
We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team, creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence, striving for excellence through the highest standards of care. The right candidate will be pragmatic in their approach and be able to balance running a caring and empathetic service alongside achieving business results.
You will be supported by the wider team, including the Directors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, PBS practitioners, Therapy assistants, Quality Assurance team, Senior Operational team and out internal Recruitment team.
As Home Manager you will:
Oversee running of the home
Managing our colleagues so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability.
Managing budgets and contracts.
Making strategic decisions about the future and growth of the home.
Leading on specific projects or clinical areas,
On-call support out of hours - shared
Need to have the flexibility to cover Nursing shortage as and when required
What You Need:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
Good English, numeracy and digital skills.
The ability to think strategically.
Good project management and organisational skills.
Caring & trustworthy in nature
Proven ability to lead a team
Experience in managing complex care services
Patient and understanding
Excellent communications skills & friendly personality
2 years post registration - RGN/RNLD or RNMH (Essential)
Experience as a Home Manager
