Key Responsibilities
1. Responding to end user support requests.
2. Contacting end users to find out the nature of the problem.
3. Potential travel to satellite offices and ability to work after hours when necessary.
4. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
5. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
6. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
7. Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
Requirements
8. Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
9. Good written and verbal communication skills.
10. Excellent punctuality skills
11. Previous experience in a similar role
12. Willingness and ability to learn new skills and use new types of information
13. Ability to prioritise and perform the required solution
14. Competency in installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software on PCs and related equipment
Desirable Attributes
15. Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
16. Basic understanding of backup technologies.
17. Previous experience with Adobe product
