Support Engineer: Windows, Office 365, Teams, VPN
Our Global Technology Client is looking for a Techbar Engineer with a strong communication skills to join their team.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 200 days
Pay Rate: £148/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £167/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Belfast
Requirements:
* Should be familiar with today's technologies used in the workplace (Windows 7/10, Office 365, Teams VPN's, BYOD, OneNote).
* Willing to learn & support of bespoke hardware/software used on customer sites.
* Should be familiar from logging requests/incidents as they come in (ServiceNow).
* Should be familiar with working to SLA's.
