Your Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire Learning: Design and execute activities that engage young minds and promote holistic development.
* Safety First: Ensure a safe and secure environment where children feel loved, valued, and protected.
* Track Progress: Observe, assess, and document each child's milestones, celebrating their achievements and supporting their growth.
* Communication Champs: Build strong, positive relationships with parents and colleagues, keeping everyone in the loop and fostering a supportive community.
* Spark Joy: Keep the learning environment clean, organized, and full of exciting resources that spark curiosity and joy in every child.
What You Bring to the Table:
* Qualifications: A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential, along with a DBS Check.
* Experience: You've previously worked in a similar role and have a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Skills: You're a pro at understanding child development, communicating effectively, and working as part of a close-knit team. Your organizational skills are top-notch!
* Preferred Extras: First Aid and Food Hygiene Certificates are a plus, showing your commitment to safety and well-being.
