About the role
The successful applicant will be offering general support within their mixed Nursery/Reception class, consisting of 30 pupils. The Senior Leadership team work together to promote an environment where there is trust, positivity and team morale between both pupils and staff members, allowing all to succeed. This is a full-time role, with potential to turn permanent.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience of working within Early Years.
- Experience of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
