What you'll need
1. Relevant experience working on energy deals and M&A matters
2. Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
3. Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
4. Be self-motivated and willing to learn
5. Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge
6. Experience of effective matter management and business development activities
7. Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
