Morgan Hunt have partnered with a national Grade 2 Ofsted Training Provider who are looking to recruit an Early Years and Teaching Assistant Tutor Assessor in Oxford. This is a full time permanent role delivering Early Years Apprenticeship from Levels 2-5 and Teaching Assistant role across Oxford. The role is home based with learner observations required every 10-12 weeks. The salary for this role is paying between £29,-£33,.
The Early Years and Teaching Assistant Tutor Assessor will be responsible for:
1. delivering the Early Years Apprenticeships Standards from Levels 2-5 and Teaching Assistant role
2. embedding Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2
3. managing a caseload of up to 45 learners
4. ensuring learners documentation is compliant and correctly completed to ensure eligibility for funding
5. attending regular meetings with the quality team
The Early Years and Teaching Assistant Tutor Assessor will need to hold:
6. a Level 3-5 (or above) qualification in Early Years
7. an Assessor qualification
8. previous experience delivering Early Years Apprenticeships at Level (or above)
9. occupational competency within an Early Years setting
10. Minimum of grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
In return the successful candidate for the Early Years and Teaching Assistant Tutor Assessor will receive:
11. An annual salary between £29,-£33,
12. 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
13. Flexible working (core hours of work are 10-4)
