Weare recruiting for a Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our establishedBodyshop team in Leeds. We’re looking for a candidate who has strong experienceas a VDA/Bodyshop Estimator.
Thesuccessful applicant will be responsible for creating accurate repairassessments in line with current repair methodology, ensuring they are fair,cost effective and fully justified. We’re looking for someone who has strongrapport and relationship building skills; being able to confidently liaise withengineers, customers and other members of the Bodyshop department and thecompany on a whole. The right fit for this role will be assured in theirassessments, working diligently at all times.
Asa Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be highly organised, with a keeneye for detail. The right person will be able to give a variety ofdifferent tasks their attention and complete them to D M Keith standards.
We’relooking for an individual who is quick thinking and adaptable to change, whoalways strives to always provide world class customer service.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
·Creating accurate ‘right first time’repair assessments
·Having a good working knowledge ofAudatex and Repair Methods.
·Being pro-active in identifying andimplementing effective working processes
·You will have high standards of customerservice, be a positive and effective communicator and be able to consistentlyadhere to strict processes. You will be liaising with internal and externalcustomers, work providers and your Bodyshop team maximising the performance ofall aspects of the job.
·This is a busy but rewarding role,requiring a committed and reliable work ethic, alongside a desire to enjoy therole and work within a great team.
·Customer care is key to our operationsand demonstrating great awareness in this area is essential.
