HOURS: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm & every other Saturday 9am-4pm (30 min lunch break) or work every Saturday (9am-4pm) with a day off in lieu in the week (30 min lunch break)
Role Purpose
To be part of the Sales Team and act as a first point of contact for both buyers and vendors to generate and arrange valuations, conduct property viewings, match properties, negotiate offers received and agree sales. The Sales Negotiator will also identify opportunities to promote other services offered such as meetings with financial consultants and conveyancing services.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. To build and develop good customer relationships with clients, ensuring that an excellent standard of customer service is always provided.
2. Identifying opportunities to arrange property valuations.
3. Identifying customer property requirements; matching to existing property portfolio where possible.
4. Establishing buyer’s status and obtaining relevant supporting documentation accordingly.
5. Conducting property viewings.
6. Negotiating offers to agree sales.
7. Ensuring constructive feedback is provided to vendors following property viewings.
8. Completing all associated administrative tasks relevant to post as necessary.
9. Cross selling, door knocking and canvassing to gain new customers.
10. Work on a live diary for booking appointments.
